The REVAS ® VenoVenous Dual Lumen Cannula is specifically designed for simultaneous drainage and return from a single starting point for veno-venous ECMO.
Introduced via the V. Jugularis to the V. Cava Inferior. Venous blood is sucked into the V. Cava Inferior and led to the ECMO. The O 2 -rich blood is then - via the arterial branch of the cannula - fed back into the heart and into the bloodstream.
